The two areas of Innovation Hub only display labs created by Innovation Hub.

It would be great to have a global view of support labs.
Mentioning this as an issue against this repo in case there was any low hanging fruit way to do this such as with host naming or GCP labels.
It's probably worth an issue against Innovation Hub to enhance the lab manager to have a more global view of all possible labs to also include ECH/Serverless assets with ability to filter by user/team/region/etc based on owner attributes.
