Use "precision" variable in GetPI.e, for more accuracy. Be careful of runaway targetLength.

In GetPI.e, add "precision" variable to targetLength, then subtract "precision".

In "Eun functions", use "min()" function instead of "max()" function, in all "Eun functions".
