Add to wiki: ADMX template

I wanted to configure Quicktext through GPO, so I created some ADMX template.
I share it here, if you want to include it in the wiki.

It currently depends on the Thunderbird templates, but only for the path.

Path in GPO: Mozilla->Thunderbird->Extensions->Quicktext

I did this mainly for the defaultImport field, and this one works. I didn't test the other settings, but I think they should work.

Oh, that is interesting, you are using the 3rdparty policy. Does this have access to the properties which I have exposed via managed storage? Would love to know more!

And yes, this is worth a Wiki entry!

And because thunderbird is a firefox at it's core and also has a lot of the same policies, I thought, "let's try", and it works (at least for defaultImport, as I already wrote).

Thanks for the link, that explain that indeed all the properties which I exposed to managed storage can be accessed through policies!
