Receive read receipts without sending them #115

- I have searched searched open and closed issues for duplicates
In the official app there's an option to disable sending read receipts, however this way you also can't see when others read your messages. Would it possible to add the option to still receive read receipts from others but stop sending them? Maybe add a button to manually send read receipts.
