Can't change address definitivly

Hello,
About changing device I2C address, I succeedeed to change address from 0x29 to 0x31 with your python AOI, and to get measures from a Raspeberry with nodejs module. 
But it seems that after reboot of Raspberry with the T.O.F. device connected, the adresss come back to 0x29. Can you confirm that there is no way to change address definitly ?
