WConstants.h Deprecated. #2

Thanks for providing the library. I am an Arduino Newbie so please excuse silly mistakes:) It would appear that with IDE V1.0 WConstants have been deprecated and replace with Arduino.h. So far fixing this in enc28j60.c seems to have fixed this. I expect that this can be coded around with #ifdefs but it's more than 20 years since I wrote a C program. If I can fix it before you I'll submit a patch.
