Make Descriptive Text Accessible to Keyboard Users

you can basically only SEE the descriptive text right now if you are a sighted mouse user. you can hear it with a screen reader. but the descriptive text itself is not keyboard accessible

When Eureka is provided alt text for images, this might be low priority because all the "Plan B" descriptive text does is relay information that is otherwise available. Regardless, shouldn't make any naive assumptions that a sighted keyboard user wouldn't want to access descriptive text, so need to come up with something.
