I've managed to get your code up and running but seems like I'm doing something wrong because it always tell me that there is problem with requestin authorization from LinkedIn.
I have all proper keys in place. Please, tell me where I should look and I will dig there.

First, have you tried to simply pull down, and build the example project? This might be the first thing to verify - that the code works as I've provided it.

My first question, is are you using ShareKit as-is, or have you modified any of the actual ShareKit source files in your project?

Once you've verified the Example project works, you can copy only the ShareKit/Classes/ShareKit/ files into your project folder, and add in XCode.

Also, in SHKConfig.h, you can enable SHKLog, so that you see some debug info. Can you tell what the specific response is, that you're getting back?

I've tried to run your example project and got the same result: There is a problem with requesting authorization blah blah...
and yes, i have enabled SHLog feature ad i've got the following response:

Looks like there's a problem with your timestamp -- you should be able to see that too above, near the bottom.

Not sure why you'd be having this issue --- I don't believe the LinkedIn stuff I added is doing anything different than any other sharer with the timestamp value. I'm just using what's in the token...

Do other sharers work with similar timestamp data? Have you tried using other sharers in the Example iphone project (like twitter, etc)?

Also, I presume you're running in the simulator?

Like I mention, looks like your time is set to an invalid value (in the future?) or perhaps the timestamp is expiring before it's getting used in your local code?

just tried to run on iPad and got the same result. and the date and time is set right there (on my iMac too).
Other Oauth sharers like Twitter works just fine for me. Although, I have similar problem with Delicious sharer

Question: Have you tried using the "log out" button to clear your credentials, and then try posting again?

SHKLinkedIn doesn't do anything specific with the timestamp value. If you're seeing a problem here, it may be due to some issue with re-authentication (or the need to do so) - something that I didn't test in the initial release. It's a known area to look into.

That said, I cannot reproduce the problem. Pulling down the project, and posting to linked in (immediately after changing my keys) works fine for me.

Can you provide the exact steps you are using in seeing this? Could you start from a fresh pull/download of the LinkedIn branch? Also, could you provide exactly which device / simulator you use in your example.

The first thing I would like to try doing, is reproducing the problem myself (this is often critical in resolving bugs). Without this, it is much more difficult to identify and address any problems in the code.

Incidentally, my latest tests in trying to reproduce this are on an iPhone 4, running 4.3 on XCode 4. I've also tried running on an iPad (1st gen) as well.

As of yet, I still can't reproduce any timestamp-related authorization failures.
