Suggestion: When inserting timestamp add youtube url #61

Unsure if this is possible, but instead of adding just 00:35 I think it would be better to add an actual clickable link. In addition even better when you click it, the embedded player goes to it. I am willing to work on a PR, perhaps the link adding with url could be an new command so old functionality still works the same.
The clicking on link might be harder to do in embedded I presume, haven't looked in the source code.
