Question - how do we use auto power on?

Hi! Just installed your plugin, first off - thanks for the work you do to develop and maintain stuff for our free community <3

Now for my question - I'm not understanding how exactly this plugin should work and the wiki is not clearing it up for me.
For the Auto Power ON feature we have a list of GCodes that will trigger the PSU on - however when my printer is off I can't send any GCode commands?
How's that supposed to work? What am I missing?

I've installed this and the PSU Plugin - HomeAssistant. My auto power off when idle setting worked, however now I don't see a way to turn my printer back on. I even ticked the "Turn on prior to printing after API upload" option but it's not coming on after I upload something to the folder.

I assume this is a long solved issue, but just to help others in the future.

Octoprint is parsing the GCODEs as it sends them to the printer. The trigger GCODEs are recognized by Octoprint and that causes the power on to be activated. The printer honestly has nothing to do with this.

Once the power on is processed there is a configurable delay before the serial connection is triggered. Ensure that this delay is long enough (plus a few seconds) for your printer to fully startup and be in the ready state. Newer printers with more complex controllers now need 20-30 seconds to fully boot up before they are ready. Failing to set this up will result in the printer starting up but failing to connect to Octoprint.

Author of the PSUControl-HomeAssistant plugin here. Do not use Auto power on with Home Assistant. There's a warning in the readme, there is a big warning in the settings when it's enabled and they are there for a very good reason.
