No TTS output

I've set up TTS for the party, say and shout channels, but I hear nothing when people chat in these channels. When clicking the test button in the voice section, however, the test message is properly played. What am I doing wrong?

Can you check if the plugin is reporting any errors in the log?
You can open Dalamud's log by typing /xllog in the chat and set it to debug messages from TextToTalk:

(Also chat messages are automatically ignored if it sees the same massage twice in a row)

I think I know what's happening. The "Triggers/Exclusions" page of your config has an empty Trigger.
You need to remove it.
