Last little push: How to deploy to Heroku

I want to deploy this app to run on Heroku.
Most tutorials I found explain how to achieve this using Grunt but I have not found any help doing this with Gulp. I have not found any such explanation anywhere. If you sent me a link to a tuts and let me know what changes I need to make I would be just as thrilled as when I first found this workshop. It has really tied everything nicely for me and just need the last step.

Just a little warning that it may not be all that easy. What I truely love about your approach is that you do everything from scratch. Heroku = free hosting and simpler than amazon ws. I am jumping into gulp with no grunt experience but loved ant and did some maven. Currently it is possible to use: https://github.com/jkarttunen/angular-express-seed
This uses gulp to build assets locally, and on heroku. That depends on gulp heroku buildback at https://github.com/appstack/heroku-buildpack-nodejs-gulp
But that means a complete remake of the current project structure probably and I have not seen any article or blog that helps a newbie walk thru it. I'd be very interested in your views.

But I will definitely look into Heroku when I get some time.
