Add "No Data for this Date Range" Message in Dashboard

Clicking the data download button on a date range for a device that has no new data will result in nothing happening. I'd like to add a feature request to instead inform the user via a message in the dashboard that there's no new data for that range, so that it's more intuitive.

Looks like this was implemented. Now there's a "No Data" listed at the bottom of the screen. Would be best if this message were shown at the top or in some other manner that's much more easily seen by the user.
