Vehicle Master Control Breaks Firestations #9

Greetings,
First off to say, I LOVE THIS MOD. It is probably my favorite MOD. I love that you can select which models spawn where. Would be even better if you can fix it to spawn per building. But I digress.
Issue I have is with this MOD fire stations don't count and over spawn. Meaning when there is a fire with models selected for a district, the fire stations will spawn models over and over until the fire is out. Example I have a station with 4 trucks. It will spawn over 20+ trucks but show on the first station 0/4 trucks have been sent.
Its been going on for a while and only happens with fire stations. Also sometimes it will OVER deploy. See Screenshot.
The over deploy has really slowed down to almost never but the Zero Out of Some Amount problem has continued. Anything you can do?
