Sync Diff Print Where Snippet Element Should be Moved

Motivation

When created, the snippet element can't be referenced in the same request. Improving the current solution would be nice.

Proposed solution

Firstly, check whether diff creates a move operation for this snippet. If not, add the patch operation for this element - it would probably need some differentiator from other move operations.

There are two options:

1. send another request to move snippet elements
2. print where the snippet should be moved manually from UI
