Sync diff: Add text change highlighting for Guidelines elements #164

Motivation
When reviewing diffs before syncing environments, the diff shows both the old and new text side by side for the Guidelines element changes, but without any highlighting to indicate what specifically changed. This makes it difficult to verify changes and catch unintended modifications. Manual comparison of lengthy text is impractical and time-consuming.
Proposed solution
Add color-coding or inline highlighting similar to item versioning to show additions, deletions, and modifications within Guidelines elements.
