Sync diff: Allow expanding Taxonomy changes

Motivation

Currently, taxonomy changes in the diff view cannot be expanded to show what specifically changed. This lack of visibility can lead to missing important changes, such as newly created taxonomies that weren't synced as expected.

Proposed solution

Make taxonomy changes expandable in the diff view to show detailed information about modifications, including
new terms being added/removed.

the text is there, it just doesn't open due to javascript (probably there are multiple same ids)
