Not able to catch thumbnail

I keep getting this error when I try to capture a thumbnail:

PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: 'C:/Users/user/AppData/Local/Temp/StudioLibrary/user/thumbnail'

This started happening out of nowhere, not sure why.
