Can't overwrite old animation or save thumbnail

Happened very suddenly, I can no longer overwrite old animations to update them or save thumbnails. Getting the error:
"PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: 'C:/Users/[name]/AppData/Local/Temp/StudioLibrary/[pc name]/thumbnail'"
