This is not a search file endpoint. After having a quick look I did not find any which supports a search parameter. Maybe I have missed it, but feel free to link it here.

I see only one other potential endpoint, which would be the Repositories API's List Repository Tree, although I'm not sure how applicable it is in this context

LabNex already use that end point and cannot be used for search.
