Hi Lando team!

Currently, the Offline Development guide only includes instructions for macOS. There are no steps provided for Windows users.

Since many developers use Lando on Windows (via WSL2 or native Docker Desktop), it would be helpful to have equivalent instructions or at least notes on how to set up offline caching and dependencies on Windows environments.

Suggested improvements:

• Add a Windows section to the guide (covering both native Windows and WSL2 setups if relevant).

This would make the offline workflow more accessible across all supported platforms.
