🐛 : Unexpected transition delay when hovering icons in the powered by and verified by section #94

Describe the bug
When hovering the icons in the sections mentioned above, most of them have a normal working transition (fill .3s ease-in-out), but for example in the verified by section, the tiktok and huawei icons seem to have a transition delay, however upon inspection, no transition-delay property has been found on any of the elements.
To Reproduce
- Go to the home page
- Scroll down to the "Verified by Leading Companies Worldwide" section
- Hover ex. the huawei icon
- Notice how weird it's behaving
Expected behavior
All of the icons should have the same transition and no transition delay.
