Astroqueries Returns table with RA/Dec in lowercase

since it references RA instead of ra & Dec instead of dec.

if the Astroquery version is explicitly set to be 4.3.1 when installing, then everything is uppercase in the table names. It would be more robust to either see what version of Astroquery is installed or to list the table headers and see if the strings are capitalized or not.
