admin/help/token page missing

Should show the token UI with all tokens visible. First place I go to to confirm the token UI is working and its not visible in the D8 port.

Just installed in and can see the very long list of tokens there. I guess, we can convert this issue to add few accessibility options to this page (e.g. search field to filter token).
