Simple Radius Authentication Failed on Mikrotik

Hi, I am a newbie in using Radius

I set up the server example and added it to Mikrotik as a RADIUS server. However, I encountered an issue where Mikrotik shows the error message:

"RADIUS server is not responding."

Despite this, I can see Access-Accept logs on the console, indicating that the authentication request was processed successfully.

Could you help me identify what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?

By default, Mikrotik requires MS-CHAP encryption.
