[benchmark] low energy D/T on Be Sputtering yields MD

Description
A recent paper published sputtering yields from molecular dynamics for D and T on Be. Interestingly, the MD results are significantly worse than the BCA results when compared to experiment:

Is this due to electronic stopping? Potentials that break down above ~10s of eV? This is worth investigating with RustBCA, as it should be possible to directly compare the results with certain physics turned on or off and see if the discrepancy between MD and experiment can be addresssed.
