Improve page layout

This is not an issue but I think that's possible to improve the actual page layout.
There are lot of free space on the right side and maybe it could be better to change page layout to use all this free space. It's an idea.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that. Are you talking about the pdf version?

Right now the files are generated using leanpub.com, so I'm not sure how much control I'll have over margins. I agree, though, that would be a good thing to work on. I might end up doing a more manual layout process for the pdf instead of generating it through leanpub.

Yes, I'm talking about the PDF.
It's not a big deal and It's probably better to focus on content for the moment.
Cover is very pretty by the way so it could be nice to make the same for all.

Maybe just put a background color for lines code would fix this.
