Power_Logistic_R - Causal.MAF.Cutoff value is expected in point decimal or percentage?

Hi,

I would like to ask further claritication on the Causal.MAF.Cutoff parameter of the Power_Logistic_R() function.
Is the MAF cutoff expected to be in point decimal (i.e. 0.01 for 1%) or in percentage (i.e. 1 for 1%)?

I'm confused because the Causal.Percent expects a value in percentage, so I'm not sure if the same is true for Causal.MAF.Cutoff.
