Enhancment: Integrate Power Rail Addition. #1

In an issue on the main forum you mentioned the Power rail generator.
Would it be possible to integrate what that tool does into TrackGen, so the power rail stuff can be done at the same time as track generation?
I'll link Russ Elliot's site, http://clag.org.uk/3rd-4th.html , but as this only covers the Tube and Southern Region, you'd have to ask around for the DLR, German U-Bahn, and NYC subways.
The reason I'm asking for this is that adding all the the stuff needed for power rails was somewhat complex. (and openBVE didn't exactly have a .prailtype function).
