Fix waterfall view timings retrieved from PhantomJS #4
Description
The waterfall view, when using PhantomJS, shows only waiting and downloading time. It's not accurate and doesn't reflect DNS, blocking, and all the timings available when using Firefox or Chrome dev tools.
