Shiny - reformat Hobo - fails on a particular file

Describe the bug
Works fine for some files but not others.

Shinyapps.io - 2 - formatHobo.

To Reproduce

1. https://tetratech-wtr-wne.shinyapps.io/ContDataQC/
2. Data Preparation
3. Hoboware Reformat
   

Expected behavior
Should work regardless of "-" delimiter in date and have pull down for YMD and DMY.

Additional context
Works when run shiny on PC (Windows).

Replaced "/" with "-" and still didn't work on shinyapps.io
