Error When Connecting Leapster Explorer

When using LFManager 7.7 or 7.7.1 when you click Device and Connect you get an error saying the Following "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Value of '101' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'minimum' and 'maximum'.
Parameter name: Value."
the system will read the console but will not read program files and adding a program seems to make the system crash when trying to show it's icon.
Firmware on Leapster is 1.4.11.2128

Update- Somehow just Randomly it started working properly. I do not know what fixed the issue other than the possibility that wiggling the cable fixed it. but I will keep updating if anything occurs error wise
