New Browser version notification #368

Dear Browser users,
We are launching a significant update to the Browser at https://epigenomegateway.wustl.edu/browser. You may notice that the user interface has changed considerably, and some functions are currently unavailable. We are actively working on improvements now. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We also invite feedback from our valued users. If you are trying the updated Browser and would like to provide any input, please submit issues at https://github.com/twlab/eg3/issues.
Additionally, we have set up a Discord server for instant chat; feel free to join us at https://discord.gg/2PHxAEJFf7.
The current Browser has moved to https://epigenomegateway.wustl.edu/browser2022/, and this URL will not change again.
