Bug description

With "Tree View" in the left panel, a right-click on the empty label in a directory crashes de app:

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Nemo and select show as tree view in left panel (press F9 if it's not visible)

2. In the left panel, expand an empty directory, a label "empty" shows, right-click on the label:

3. The apps crash

Expected behavior

There should not be an "empty" label or the right click should not do anything.
