Bug description
In split‑pane mode, moving files from Trash stalls unless you switch pane focus. I have to keep clicking back and forth until 100%. It goes beyond even Trash. There needs to be consistence betwen the split screen idea. It needs to know how to transfer files without intervention. I tested some other apps and all of them were so bad. I am with Nemo. I just had to click back and forth so many times for transfers the other day, restarted the machine, and still present even. It just needs to know how to operate properly in split screen mode.
Steps to reproduce
Do 'extra pane'. Try to transfer a set of files (not sure about just ONE at a time. I had split panes though through 1 instance of nemo.. multiple times.. Every time, I had to click back and forth between them after a transfer wouldn't continue if Nemo was left to do what it 'should' do. I clicked back and forth many times just to get the transfers finished and it was done in maybe a minute vs. maybe 20 for a 100mb set of files or less. I tried it again and 1 last time and same result every time. If I have a transfer that's going to take a while, I'd rather it do it's job in the background still and without my interactions.
Expected behavior
Not require endless clicking back and forth in 'extra pane' mode when transferring from 1 place to another in Nemo.
