Read Password Complexity Settings from samba

When we have a "simple" school form like an elementary school or school for mentally handicapped students we usually disable password complexity in samba.

This does not work well with webui.

Suggesitons: Webui Should look for passwordsettings and only look for special characters etc. when neccessary.

This could be done via

samba-tool domain passwordsettings show

Maybe sophomorix should provide an option for setting complecity and providing the current settings.

So, the first big question is : should it be a feature request by sophomorix ?
Adding it in config.yml and implementing it in the Webui would be then not a big deal.
