when trying to get to the link with the presubmission requirements, I realized that it's somewhat convoluted.

The contents of the letter are described in the Guide for writing articles for LiveCoMS.
it requires a couple more clicks to actually get to the content I need (and I got lost trying to find it the first time) -- can this be linked directly to the presubmission letter instructions rather than going to the general author instructions page?
