Orchestrator History only shows two weeks of winning tickets

Describe the bug

The orchestrator history tab shows both winning tickets and reward calls. However, winning tickets stop showing two weeks into the history

To Reproduce

Choose any orchestrator on the explorer with a long history, click History tab, scroll several pages until you no longer see winning tickets and will only see reward calls

Expected behavior

The Explorer should show consistent history, even if limited, both event types should display for the same length of time
