• time-varying build: Let model_build_profiles handle a list of times as an argument. If passing a list of times as an argument, length must either be 1 (like it is now) or match the length of xcoords and ycoords.

• integrate cmocean colormaps

• geovariable movies: Clean up and add the code for making HYCOM, Mercator movies from data in the local directory

• expand list of data products: Create _build files for RSS, ECMWF, OOI, CMIP5 products

• slab variables: add slab variables to model_build and modify general_section to accept
