[Feature]: delay remaining brick #209

What's the request?
one of the reasons there's so much used space in tourguide is that most delayburn resource tiles re-enumerate possible dropping points for where you should put delayburn. instead of that, it would be pretty cool if we made a "delay remaining" brick and just used some boilerplate "See delay remaining brick, in optional tasks" wherever we currently have "drop delayburn A in zones [X, Y, Z]". this would be helpful in many ways -- it would help users have both a good account of how much delay is actually left in their run, and it would add a new tile that can replace a litany of old tiles. my concept is that the tile would be titled something like "50 delay advancement left" and split into three sections:
- X places where combats need to be won and can be done with certain delayburn tools ("combat filler"; can be filled with BOFA recalls, CMG, kramcos, voters, digitizes, VHS tapes, etc)
- Y places where you simply need to get to a certain turnspent threshold ("pure delay"; can be filled with the above + GSBs, familiar freeruns, free banishes, tatters, etc)
- Z places where you don't really -need- to use them as delay, but if you have nothing else, these are places to drop resources ("backup delay"; this is stuff like "going for NCs in friars, burning down a-boo, hospital, or twin peak, etc"... stuff many runs won't do but is available if X and Y are sufficiently slim)
where the title # summarizes combat filler and backup delay based on a wide spanning aggregation math of turns remaining. this tile could be really long and unwieldly, if it isn't well managed, so it's definitely one that will require some level of hover-over magic to make it work. but it could be very helpful both for unrestricted and for standard (albeit more useful for unrestricted where you have enough delayburn resources that careful runs can reach a point where you have an ungodly amount of excess delayburn; in KoE i managed to have 20 GSBs remaining, a very awkward amount that effectively left me nothing particularly useful to use them on
my guess is that this will take me a while and will not be an imminent feature, but wanted to write it up here as it is a good thing i think users would very much benefit from.
