Poor performance on v1276

Describe the bug

The performance of version v1276 is notably inferior to that of previous versions:

• Windows applications may experience significant frame drops and stuttering when launched
• When there are multiple servers, refreshing simultaneously can cause noticeable frame drops
• There is also noticeable lag when refreshing the status of a single server
• Frame drop in other cases

To Reproduce

1. Open the app.

Desired Results

No lags, frame drops, etc. Animations should be smooth.

Actual Results

Lags and frame drops.

Additional context

I am currently conducting an investigation, and it may be related to the refresh mechanism of the server list. The current refresh mechanism is still serial and has severe blocking issues, which can also lead to a problem where subsequent servers cannot refresh if one server fails to refresh.

#999 should fix server list refresh on main page. I have rewritten the logic for obtaining server status. Now, it employs parallel refreshing and request merging, and has adapted to prevent race conditions. As a result, the speed has noticeably increased when multiple servers refresh simultaneously.

Other issues will be fixed in multiple batches of PRs.
