seperate the secret key and id to env

Add the feature to allow users to add secret ID and key of the API to be added to env file.

In views.py in the compiler app, secret ID and key is added manually you have to make such that user can enter in .env file not in the views.py file

It is added but not configured to take secret id and key from .env file you've to do that
