luminous blocks bit dont glow

hi im not sure if this is for you guys or the chisel and bits team. but as soon as i take 1 bit out of a luminous block it stops glowing. is there anyway to change that in the settings? i already changed the setting in C&B so 1 bit of glowstone glows fully. but none of the glowing blocks from your mod does.

im playing on 1.12.2
