Some IP addresses have associated tests from more than one client or household. These make it difficult to interpret changes over time, and may be contributing to the wide spread in tests results from individual IP addresses.
We need to label tests that correspond to a single household, or at least identify IP addresses that have measurements from more than one household.
In the long run, we want to associate tests from the same client, but do NOT want to associate any PII with those groups of tests.
