cl-annot-test can not be loaded on CMUCL #15
Description
In quicklisp 2013-10-03 cl-annot has a regression on CMUCL: the cl-annot-test ASDF system can not be loaded on CMUCL due to error
FORMAT-ERROR: Error in format: No more arguments.
