Custom bunyan instance #3
Description
It could be nice to accept a bunyan instance in the options, so I can create my own bunyan logger and then pass it to hapi-logger for integrating with Hapi.
Use cases include being able to use bunyan logging outside of Hapi and creating a more complex custom bunyan setup.
