multimedia image type size should be enforced in binary

Although the specification is currently somewhat ambiguous, it would be helpful for device manufacturers and implementations to have the *type* attribute on an image to always be included. This should be: LOGO_COLOUR_SQUARE, LOGO_COLOUR_RECTANGLE, or LOGO_UNRESTRICTED, covering the main types for Project Logo data.
