Possible bug in Set your Username manual for another GitLab

Hello,

looking at https://magit.vc/manual/forge.html#Set-your-Username-4 I see that INSTANCE-ID should be used, with example of gitlab.example.com.user. However that does not seem to work for me. When I tried to fetch topics for the repository, it asked me to provide value for gitlab.example.com.user/api/v4 key. I am not sure it this is a bug with the code or the manual, I would expect the latter.

For now please use whatever happens to work. There are many historic accidents around these parts and I am currently working on paying off that technical debt. It's quite possible that the next release will clean up these messes.

Are you using the latest snapshot or release? I'll try to have a look today (or soon). It might actually be a regression.

I am using 0.5.3, which is what my distribution packages.
