Help with Delivered-To

Hello everybody!
I would like to know if there is any method to write to the file "/var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine/20230503/spam/000.A000"
or write in the "maillog" table in the "headers" column the "Delivered-To" that is in the body of my email server.

Because I really needed this information to be able to make a filter for users who have email aliases...
