Can not run scripts

I am on windows 10 using CC. The panel is installed and working, but when I click on my script to run it says "ERROR: TARGET COULD NOT BE LAUNCHED"

I can launch the scripts fine using File>Scripts.

I am running into the same problem. However if I click the hamburger menu and select "Reload Panel" and then select a script, it works! But as soon as I collapse the panel and re-open I get the "ERROR: TARGET COULD NOT BE LAUNCHED" message again. I have to reload the panel each time.

Any possibility for a fix? This is such a great tool when it works.
